As the Creative Director on the repositioning and rebranding of iamproperty, my objective was to add impact, clarity, and a contemporary edge to the brand. This transformation took iamproperty from a property auction software system to a comprehensive property sales IT systems provider for estate agents. I lead the discovery phase, including brand workshop, working closely with their team to ensure the new brand direction truly reflected their aspirations.

Brand Architecture challenge

Restructuring the brand architecture was a key step in clarifying the brand and service offering. iamsold was the most well known offering, with customers often missing the fact that there was a wider business, with many more services on offer to help them through their property purchasing journey.

Creating in-depth brand guidelines

In order to allow the internal marketing team at iamproperty to get busy, I created a detailed set of brand guidelines featuring all the elements they would need.  Everything from the value proposition, tone of voice, brand architecture into the more visual orientated details such as colour palette application, imagery, how to illustrate new characters, along with type ramps for digital and print. This extensive guide gave them the platform they needed to execute on brand comms quickly and effectively.

Result

The brand landed really well with the business. It gave them a super flexible platform to create a wide range of comms, for the varied service offering they provide to estate agents right across the UK.
