Concept and onset directing of two ‘day in the life of’ recruitment videos, one for the Customer Services team and the other for Ground Operation roles. The aim was to highlight that a role at BA might not be what you expected. We encourage candidates from different backgrounds to bring over their transferable skills that align with BAs values. Showcasing the benefits of working at BA; variety, flexibility and opportunities to grow within a role is the stitch that runs through each ad.

Showcasing the characteristics that make a great CSR. I focused on those special moments each day, where as a member of the BA team you have to build an immediate connection with passengers. Depicting how rewarding, engaging and varied every day is.

I aimed to get across the energy and variety within the ground crews role. We had great access to behind the scenes areas the public never get to see. By showcasing some of the more innovative technologies BA deploy within their facilities it allowed me to dispel the myth that it’s a very manual and repetitive role.
